Welcome!

Welcome to Four Mile Farm located in Ball Ground, GA!  We specialize in grass fed beef and lamb.  Our cattle and sheep are raised as nature intended, on large pastures with lots of space to roam while eating a diet of grass.  Because our animals are raised as nature intended, they are much healthier and happier.  We don't use hormones or antibiotics.  Grassfed beef and lamb is high in Omega-3 fatty acids (the good fat), and is very lean.  Not only does our meat taste delicious, it's good for you! 

We offer USDA inspected grassfed beef and lamb, however availability varies.  Give us a call to see what we have.

The Big Canoe farmer's market in 2013 was a huge success!  We are getting rave reviews about our beef and lamb.  Winter is here and we are back to work at our day jobs.  So the farm is going to be quiet for awhile.  Our next batch of lambs won't be ready until at least April, 2014.  The 2013 went fast, so if you like lambs, be sure to place an order. 

We will have bulk beef available the last weekend in March 2014.  You must pre-order bulk beef because we won't process a steer unless we have buyers.  Bulk beef goes fast and we only offer it certain times of the year.  Please email if you are interested.  Also, please visit our 'Bulk Order FAQ' to learn more about our process.
