This is a teriyaki type marinade. It's great for flank or skirt steaks. I also use it when grilling chicken breasts. I like to marinade the meat in a zip lock bag for an hour or so before cooking.
3 TBS Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic minced
2 TBS Vinegar (I usually use red wine vinegar or apple cider)
1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Honey
1/2 tsp black pepper
If you want to kick up the spice, you can add some crushed red pepper as well.
